Unfortunately some rural areas do incur a surcharge with Toll Couriers who are our main delivery company.
We do use Star Track for these areas generally, but we have had customers prefer the Toll delivery process, if you are a rural customer wanting to have the order shipped with Toll due to the faster delivery process then you may add this to your order to cover the Toll surcharge so the order is shipped with them for you
