got two neon dwarfs, they were fab at first, happy to hang with each other in a 200L tank with lots of plants etc and were so interesting and peaceful. Then one turned out to be mega agressive. Bullied the other into submission and even when I removed the bully to a smaller tank the victim never recovered. I then bought another one and the same thing happened. The bully wasn't even fazed by placement in and out of the smaller tank. He's still there and he's still angry! I'm not sure whether to get 3 new ones for the 200L tank and leave the bully in the small tank or leave it with this kind of fish...

  6. Fearless

This fish is supposed to be timid and swimming in pairs according to books. My experience has been different. This male is a bully who does not hesitate to harass my red tail black shark who is a bully in his own right. I have seen him spit out scales after a fight so had to buy a new tank for the shark. Pretty sure the male caused the premature death of his lady friend too. Would recommend with caution.
Top marks for top quality fish from live fish however.
