This Lake Tanganyika Cichlid has Males that develop a Deep Blue / Green Fluorescent sheen along its body the Fins will also have some beautiful Blue, Greens and Oranges that are even more vibrant during mating. Males will be more vibrant in their colours and that becomes even more obvious when they are trying to breed. The Male will entice the female to lay her eggs. Once the eggs are fertilised the Female will hold them in her mouth for safe keeping. They prefer sandy bottoms with rocks features to hide in if they get a fright. They prefer a PH of 8-9.5 and kept around 25c.
