adult colours a bit dissapointingI had one doa and the others quite stressed, which sometimes happens, however the last 20x platys I received are of washed out colouring and have very inter mingled genetic colours *bitzers* you could say, so have not been happy with the last 2 orders.

Colourful assortmentPurchased ten platys. Was pleased with the variety of colours and markings.
After three weeks in our large aquarium with 45 other community they are still healthy and active and like to school. Particularly like the red wagtail and white/blue and white/orange. Good value for money.Will be ordering some more. Thanks Livefish.Posted on

Great fishI bought these fish 3 years ago from live fish. They are the hardiest fish I ever owned. Also, I had fry!! I also think that live fish really look after the fish coz the fish seem really healthy unlike the fish at pet stores. I really love platies!

The ones that lived are lovelyOne was dead on arrival but the other two so far are looking great, I am really happy with the colours and they have adapted really well to my aquarium.

Platies, Platies everywhere! These guys are greatPlaties, Platies everywhere! These guys are great, that is when they not commiting suicide by jumping out of your tank... please keep a lid on your tank if you have these guys! They are so pretty and easy going really great fish for any community tank and any experience level. Here's a warning for you, if these guys were mammals, well they would be rabbits! Get what I'm saying! My friend bought a few with her first tank, well she has had to buy a new tank, for the 100 so babies! I never had this problem, seeing Platies are live bearers my Angels, Gouramis and Silver Dollars ate all the fry.
