Ember tetras are a beloved staple in the aquarium hobby, making fantastic additions to planted and community aquariums. Sitting on the podium alongside neon and rummy nose tetras, the embers are often the go-to fish to fill out an aquarium because of their calm behavior, schooling behavior, and vibrant orange colour.

Safe and happyFish arrived all alive and happy. I ordered 15, I have had 1 pass since, not sure why. Rest are very happy and healthy, beautiful colour pop for the tank, I love that they stay small. They go with my glass catfish, Otto's and guppies well, thank you again!

Small but GreatI ordered 10 of these about a month ago and they’re all still alive. They were smaller than I expected but thankfully still big enough not to be eaten and they’re already growing bigger. It only took them a couple of days until they were bright orange and swimming around happily in the tank!

Another flawless shipment and FishOrdered 30 of these to go into my 4ft 220lt planted tank, my 4th shipment from livefish. All 30 arrived alive and well, and with in a few hours of being in the tank they coloured up beautifully and started exploring the tank as a school. Some came quite fat and I assume either well fed before shipping or with eggs, I'm hoping the latter. With over 100 shrimp (cherry, yellow & glass) and 20 pygmy corys they are a welcomed addition to the tank.

lively little fellowsI got three more of these to join my group of 11 and they fitted straight in. One of my favourite fish that colour up with age and are easy to keep in a mature tank.

one of my favesGreat colour, great shoaling action. I have a large group (30+) in a 3ft tank with diamond tetras. Such bright colour. Have dealt with livefish for years and have never had trouble. Great service.
