Macrobrachium australiense or otherwise known as the Long Arm Shrimp. Are known for their long front claws that can reach almost double their body length when full size. At 3cm these won't be showing their longarm just yet. But will grow in time.
Can you also just make a note that any time you add a new item that is a Shrimp or Snail. You let us know. Some parts of Australia are not allowed to order Shrimp or Snails. So we have to put restrictions on those items.
