Christmas closing dates
Due to the urgent nature of shipping live fish we have to be sure your fish don't get stuck over the public holidays.

Please make note of our closing dates and the cut off times to get your order in before the Christmas New Year's public holidays.

Delivery before Christmas 

Your order must be placed and paid for before 10pm Sunday 17th of December to ensure your order is sent before Christmas.

Orders placed on or after this time may not get shipped until the 2nd or 3rd of January. 

We are not going to be closed for long this year so any delays should only be minor. 

Customer Service over the break

Customer service will still be available over the holiday period. We will be checking emails from time to time. But we all have families and deserve some time with them. So please allow some extra time for us to get back to you.
