Our Holiday Closure Details
Due to the urgent nature of shipping live fish we have to be sure your fish don't get stuck over the public holidays.

Please make note of our closing dates and the cut off times to get your order in before the Christmas & New Year's public holidays.

Delivery before Christmas 

Your order must be placed and paid for before 10pm Tuesday 16th of December to ensure your order is sent before Christmas.

Orders placed on or after this time may not get shipped until the 5th of January.  

Customer Service over the break

Customer service will still be available over the holiday period, however please allow some extra time for us to get back to you as our staff will also be taking some much earned time off during the holiday period.
