75x Assorted Male Guppy 3-4cm

75x Assorted Male Guppy

Guppies are one of the most recognisable and widely kept aquarium fish in the hobby. Their incredible genetic diversity has allowed breeders around the world to produce countless colour and pattern variations, making them a favourite among both beginner aquarists and experienced breeders. This pack of assorted male guppies provides a fantastic mix of colours and tail shapes that instantly add movement and vibrancy to any aquarium.

Male guppies are particularly well known for their stunning colouration and elaborate finnage. Depending on the strain, these fish may display combinations of reds, blues, yellows, greens, and metallic tones across their bodies and tails. Their flowing fins catch the light beautifully as they swim through the aquarium, and when kept in groups, they create a constantly shifting display of colour in the mid- to upper-water column.

Guppies are one of the easiest aquarium fish to breed, which is one of the reasons they have become so popular worldwide. These fish are livebearers, meaning females give birth to fully formed fry rather than laying eggs. Males are easily identified by their brighter colours and larger fins, while females tend to be larger with shorter fins and more subdued colouration.

Tank Recommendations for Your 75x Assorted Male Guppy

Because this pack contains a large group of fish, an aquarium of 200 litres or larger is recommended to comfortably house them. Guppies thrive in planted aquariums where the plants provide both shelter and visual contrast to their colours. They are primarily top- to mid-water swimmers, so substrate choice is largely aesthetic, though sand or fine gravel works very well.
