The harlequin rasbora is quite easily one of the best fish to add to a community aquarium, it offers everything that aquarists look for in a community species with its schooling behavior, small size, hardy nature, and amazing colours. Often confused to be a South American tetra the harlequin rasbora is in fact an Asian species but its care requirements closely resemble most tetra species.

Successful deliveryI ordered 10 of these and all arrived safely and looked well, At first all 10 swim together in a school and looked awesome for 2 days.
Due to exploring the tank and realising their is no threat they are confident now wondering apart but frequently will still come together to shoal or school occasionaly.

Totally Impressed.I have purchased several different orders thru Livefish.
The price is always appealing- especially for the bulk buys.
The servivce has always been first class. My orders have been delivered , without a single DoA , and everything I have ordered has arrived in a healthy condition.
I will continue to support them with my Patronage.

Great little fishPurchased 8 of these little guys.
They coloured up nicely and are real characters to watch.
They don't school together much but that's okay for me.Posted on

Amazing! These little guys are a treat to watch, they stand out very well in my heavily planted aquarium.
I was pleasantly surprised by how gorgeous these little guys are!! the only down side is that they only school tightly when threatened, but this doesn’t bother me as they tend to spend most of their time at a much higher level of the tank then the other tetras.
So if you are looking for a good mid to high level schooling fish, these are the right fish for you!

Great Little FishOrdered 10 of these little fellas, on arrival after 2 days in post they looked lively, colours not to bright but that all changed within 10 minutes of being in my tank. Awesome shade of orange, very active and playful especially with the Pepper Corys i got. They school around with the Corys & Ottos, great to watch, they are soo playful. They go in front of the filter output and get blasted across the tank, then swim back like crazy to do it again.
Would buy them again if(when) I got(get) another tank setup.Posted on

HappyI initially bought 7 rasboras, but unfortunately one died 2 weeks after I revived it. I think the 6 I have are very happy swimming about. They all swim very closely together in a school. I've also noticed most of them have their own personality. I think it's been over a month now, but they all seem happy.

Fast!!These little guys are so much fun to watch. When I first put them in my tank they shot around at top speed but they have now settled down a bit and often school with my neon tetras. Very pretty fish. Arrived happy and healthy
